Abstract
A clinical and biological pattern similar to that of neuroleptic malig nant syndrome is reported in a depressed patient treated with trimipra mine, without any concomitant use of neuroleptics. The antidopaminergi c properties of this drug, one of the tricyclic antidepressants, may a ccount for this uncommon side effect.
