SOME RESOLVENT ESTIMATES FOR STURM-LIOUVILLE OPERATORS

In this paper we derive some a priori estimates on the resolvent of on e dimensional Schrodinger operators from the solutions of the associat ed differential equation with real energy. In particular this implies the existence of an absolutely continuous spectrum in some situations. (C) 1996 Academic Press, Inc.
