Abstract
Light emission from STM tunneling junctions consisted of a gold tip an d a layer of copper phthalocyanine molecules on Au(lll) film surface w as studied. Molecular pleated structures were resolved in STM light em ission maps recorded simultaneously with topographic maps. Different e ffects which could provide molecular resolution in STM light emission maps are discussed.
