Abstract
We have not been able to distinguish different isolates from the nemat ode Caenorhabditis elegans by morphological means. However, they diffe r on the molecular level and strains from several geographic regions c an be identified with the help of ''genetic fingerprints'' using the o ligonucleotide probe (GTG)(5).
