THE BISONS STILL FLOURISH - IN THE BACKLIST

University of Nebraska Press's Bison Book reprint line has flourished since its introduction in 1959, bringing titles that might otherwise h ave been restricted to purely 'scholarly' audiences into the popular s phere. Paperback reprints were remarkable in the 1950s, hut their low price, attractive covers, and appealing contents have over the years a llowed more than 2000 Bisons to hit the trail.
