Abstract
OAC Temagami is a new potato cultivar with red skin and creamy white f lesh, Tubers are round in shape, When evaluated over three years at th ree sites in Ontario, it had higher specific gravity and culinary qual ity than Chieftain, OAC Temagami has the same maturity and comparable yield to Chieftain, It is recommended for fresh market use in Ontario.
