Abstract
Functionalized 2-tert-butoxythiophene derivatives possessing an alcoho l (2a-2c, 7) epoxide (3) cyano (4, 10a, 10b) amidoxime (11a), hydrazid e (15a) or amide group (13, 15b) at alpha-position of the sulfur atom are synthesized in goods yields and are potentially active drugs deriv atives.
