Abstract
The effect of annealing (both by rate cooling and isothermally) on the thermodynamic properties of a sodium silicate glass in the vicinity o f the glass transition has been measured. Changes in the glass transit ion and peak temperatures have been analysed to derive parameters that characterise the transition region.
