Abstract
A computerized system for precision measurement of any sensor in the r ange 1.8-320 K is described. Thin-film platinum sensors are investigat ed in the temperature range 5-300 K. A certain number of thermal cycle s and an ageing process were found necessary to maintain a reproducibi lity of less than +/-5 mK in this region. (C) 1996 Elsevier Science Li mited
