Abstract
Hepatocellular carcinoma is an uncommon complication of primary biliar y cirrhosis. Hepatocellular carcinoma occurs generally in the end stag e of the disease. We report a case of asymptomatic primary biliary cir rhosis complicated by a hepatocellular carcinoma in a 66 year-old man.
