Abstract
The paper analyzes the behaviour of vegetal tissue under acid conditio ns. The reactivity of oxygen atoms from model compounds of polysacchar ides and the rate constants of autocatalytic hydrolysis reactions in c ase of hardwoods (beech, poplar) and corn cobs are estimated.
