Abstract
We report the case of a 6-year-old girl with a nevus comedonicus invol ving the left perineal region and ipsilateral labium majus. This lesio n constitutes a rare hamartomatous malformation of the pilosebaceous a pparatus, most frequently located on the face or trunk. Genital involv ement has only very rarely been reported.
