Abstract
We report a case of myocardial infarction in a 32-year-old man undergo ing sternal surgery. Thrombotic occlusion of the right coronary artery with no underlying atheromatous disease was demonstrated angiographic ally and successfully treated with intracoronary thrombolysis.
