Abstract
Isolation of the left innominate artery is a rare anomaly associated w ith a right aortic arch. Presented here is a case of a 3-day-old infan t with an isolated innominate artery along with d-transposition of the great arteries, and a ductal-dependent circulation. These two lesions have not previously been reported together.
