Abstract
Activity staining of bovine liver catalase on SDS-polyacrylamide gel a nd after transferring to nitrocellulose membrane has been performed by the procedure of Woodbury et al. (1971), Anal. Biochem., 44, 301-305. Sensitivity of catalase staining on nitrocellulose membrane has been described and comparison was made with the stained polyacrylamide gel.
