A. Molski et E. Dutkiewicz, ELECTRICAL-CONDUCTIVITY AND PERCOLATION IN WATER-IN-OIL MICROEMULSIONS, Polish Journal of Chemistry, 70(8), 1996, pp. 959-971
Electrical conductivity has been used to characterize disperse systems
for a long time, but it is only recently that a more systematic exper
imental and theoretical work has been undertaken. This review is an at
tempt to show that the understanding of electrical conductivity in mic
roemulsions is not only important from a practical point of view but a
lso can be stimulating for experimental and theoretical basic research
. We focus on water-in-oil (W/O) microemulsions and on electrical cond
uctivity in relation to the percolation.
