Abstract
Sum-frequency generation using strong-field coupling is investigated i n atomic hydrogen through electromagnetically induced phase-matching. Effects of co-existing molecular hydrogen are examined experimentally. Results are quantitatively compared with theoretical calculations, sh owing excellent agreement.
