We study solitons in systems with ferroelectric and ferromagnetic prop
erties (segnetomagnets), Both subsystems have an easy-axis z anisotrop
y. We investigate the interaction of a zero spin precession frequency
(omega = 0) dynamical magnetic soliton with the ferroelectric domain w
all. It is shown that there is a stable bound state between solitons b
elow a threshold of its co-motion velocity. The threshold is a point o
f bifurcation, when the double-well effective potential of interaction
turns into the single-well one. We calculate the frequency of small r
elative oscillations of solitons.
