Abstract
The military is changing in size, composition, and mission requirement s. Military medical care will require changes to support mission requi rements and keep pace with tactical situations. The echelon system of care will need great flexibility and medical personnel will require en hanced training in wartime skills to provide needed care closer to the battlefield.
