Abstract
The authors present a forty-year-old man, with a history of dermatomyo sitis for the past twelve years, managed intermittently with prednison e. During an exacerbation of his illness he developed an acute anterio r wall myocardial infarction with normal coronary arteries. A literatu re review indicates this represents a rare association.
