Abstract
Epidermolysis bullosa acquisita is a rare autoimmune subepidermal bull ous disease that affects both the skin and mucosae and is frequently a ssociated with Crohn's disease, We report the case of a 27-yr-old man with Crohn's disease who presented with localized epidermolysis bullos a acquisita of the esophagus, without any other mucosal or cutaneous l esions, The patient was successfully treated with sulfasalazine.
