Abstract
An adaptive inverse filtering technique has been incorporated into a m edical ultrasound B-scan scheme that used a linear frequency modulated pulse for imaging. Resolution improvement is demonstrated with imagin g experiments on wire targets and tissue-mimicking phantoms.
