A case report of a 19-year, 7-month-old young woman who had an Angle C
lass I mutilated malocclusion, characterized by a skeletal/dental ante
rior open bite, crowding, thumb-sucking habit, and bimaxillary dental
protrusion is presented. A nonsurgical approach was used to obtain sig
nificant improvement in occlusion and in facial esthetics. [This case
