Abstract
Electrical studies (based on conductivity and thermopower) and optical studies have been performed on implanted C-60 thin films. In order to obtain the doping effect by charge transfer from alkali atoms to C-60 molecules or to large fragments (stemming from degradation effects), the optimization of implantation parameters leads to the values : E = 30keV, D less than or equal to 10(15)ions/cm(2), T=77K. The conductivi ty sigma and the thermopower S reach the values : sigma congruent to 1 0(2) Omega(-1)cm(-1) and S congruent to -50 mu V/K.
