Abstract
The property of the creep of frozen soil has been tested and similarit y relation has been obtained. Two photoviscoelastic experiments were c onducted to simulate the plane problems of frozen soil under the load of rigid square body and pile foundation respectively. The results obt ained make the forecast of the movement of frozen soil possible for th e first time.
