The effects of electron weak localization (WL) and electron-electron i
nteraction (EEI) in the conductivity of disordered platinum films with
Cr magnetic impurities have been studied. The films were prepared by
vacuum deposition. The irradiation with Ar+ ions was used to increase
the disorder of films. It was found that the electron spin-flip scatte
ring had a predominant contribution in the electron phase relaxation p
rocesses in the films investigated. The magnitude and temperature beha
viour of spin-spin scattering time were determined. The presence of ma
gnetic impurities causes also the significant contribution of Kondo ef
fect to film conductivity at low temperatures (< 10 K). The data obtai
ned allow us to separate the contribution of WL and EEI effects from t
hat of the Kondo one. It is shown that the relative contribution of Ko
ndo effect to resistance decreases markedly with the increasing film d
isorder. However, the value, of Kondo correction to resistivity depend
s neither on thickness nor disorder of the film.
