Linear renal pelvis calcifications in a native kidney due to Corynebac
terium urealyticum are described. These micro-organisms have an opport
unistic behaviour and can be responsible for nosocomial urinary tract
infection. Alkaline incrusted cystitis with linear vesical calcificati
ons are considered as the most typical pattern. Renal pelvis may also
be concerned, with parietal calcifications.
