Abstract
Ganglion cyst of the longitudinal posterior ligament of the spine is a rare entity, only described in 11 cases. This lesion occurs in young subjects suffering from classical lombosciatica, and has perhaps a tra umatic origin. Computerized tomography and MRI provide the diagnosis.
