Abstract
A massive GI bleed secondary to a Dieulafoy's lesion developed in a 77 -year-old woman. Fifteen days later, massive pulmonary emboli develope d. We describe successful thrombolytic treatment of her pulmonary embo li without complicating GI hemorrhage.
