THE ROLE OF RENEWAL IN ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING

The role of continuity in organizational learning has been given relat ively little attention by people who try to improve learning. It is ar gued that if people view learning as a process of renewal rather than a process of transformation, they are more likely to preserve the cont inuity with past experience that is a pie-condition of learning.
