Abstract
We measured the resistivity rho(ab)(T,H) along the CuO2 planes of a YB a2Cu3-xZnxO7-delta (T-c=66.1 K) single crystal with the magnetic field perpendicular to the CuO2 planes. The superconducting fluctuation con ductivities sigma(fl)(T,H) showed the 3D scaling behavior of the high magnetic field limit, and the upper critical field slope -dH(c2)/dT wa s consistent with the value obtained from the magnetization M(H, T) of the same crystal. Comparing our results with those of YBa2Cu3O7-delta suggested that the effect of Zn-doping on YBa2Cu3O7-delta was to redu ce the pairing interaction by disordering.
