Abstract
The available experimental data on neutron beta decay are analyzed. A new type of experiment-investigation of radiative neutron beta decay-i s proposed. This makes it possible to test directly part of the extern al radiative corrections, whose contribution, estimated theoretically at 1.5%, has never been measured in experiments. Calculations are perf ormed for such an experiment, and its specific implementation is propo sed.
