Abstract
The goal of treatment for penile agenesis is early female gender assig
nment and feminizing reconstruction of the perineum. Historically, thi
s required multiple operations including both vesicostomy and colostom
y, The present case demonstrates the feasibility of early total recons
truction through a posterior sagittal approach that avoids diversion o
