Abstract
Channeling of He-4-ions of energies ranging from 2.0 to 7.53 MeV in sp inel single crystals was studied, It was demonstrated that by the judi cious choice of the channeling direction and the incident beam energy the analysis sensitivity for a given sublattice can be significantly e nhanced.
