Abstract
Two specifically H-2-labeled alkoxyethyl phosphodiester AZT derivative s 9 and 14 were synthesized. Pilot [H-2]-solid-state nmr experiments o n conjugate 14 demonstrated their usefulness in studying interactions with model or biological membranes.
