Abstract
The rotational spectrum of oxiranecarbonitrile has been measured betwe en 8 and 40 GHz with a Stark spectrometer and a waveguide Fourier tran sform microwave spectrometer. Three rotational constants, five centrif ugal distortion constants, and the diagonal elements of the N-14 quadr upole coupling tensor were fitted to the observed transition frequenci es. All three components of the electric dipole moment were determined from Stark effect measurements. (C) 1996 Academic Press, Inc.
