Abstract
Juvenile mandibular ossifying fibroma has been thoroughly described in the literature, but reports concerning diagnosis and management of os sifying fibroma of the maxilla are rare. This case report describes th e physical, radiographic, and histopathologic findings of ossifying fi broma in the maxilla of a young horse. The surgical management of the case is also described.
