Abstract
In comparison with cervical squamous neoplasia, glandular cell neoplas ia is uncommon. The evaluation of a patient with atypical glandular ce lls of undetermined significance is challenging because subtle colposc opic signs are frequently inaccessible to view and cytologic interpret ations are extremely challenging for many cytopathologists.
