Abstract
Luminescence, absorption and TSL induced by UV light: X and gamma irra diation in pure and doped crystals Ca3Ga2Ge3O12 were studied. Emission spectra showed, in addition to the impurity bands, broad bands for al l samples at about 320-360 nm and 450 nm, which are ascribed to intrin sic defects.
