Abstract
We report a case of pacemaker syndrome where the diagnosis of retrogra de ventriculoatrial conduction was made by Doppler analysis of left at rial appendage flow. Doppler analysis of left atrial appendage flow pr ovides another noninvasive parameter to diagnose retrograde ventriculo atrial conduction.
