Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma is a well recognized sequela of transplant rela
ted immunosuppression. Hodgkin's disease has only rarely been describe
d in this context. We describe two cases of Hodgkin's disease after he
art and heart/lung transplants respectively. Both patients continued t
o receive immunosuppressive therapy with cyclosporin and prednisolone,
and received combination chemotherapy. One died of Aspergillus infect
ion following the second course of chemotherapy. The other patient com
pleted his chemotherapy and remains in remission. We discuss the possi
ble aetiology and management of post-transplant Hodgkin's disease.
