Abstract
The problem of finding the analytical closed-form solution to the curr ent in the RC diode nonlinear circuit is studied in some detail. The w ell-known differential equation for this circuit is reduced to the non dimensional transcendental equation of the form Y + A = BYb, 0 < Y < 1 .
