Abstract
An arthroscopic method for the treatment of osteochondritis dissecans lesions in the knee is described. The technique involves using autogen ous bone pegs for arthroscopic transfixion of femoral osteochondritis dissecans (OCD) lesions, The method represents a simple biological alt ernative for arthroscopic fixation of OCD lesions.
