CONTRIBUTION TO THE FLORA OF THE CITY OF ZURICH .3. DICOTYLEDONES-1 (SALICACEAE TO RANUNCULACEAE)

The third contribution to the flora of Zurich deals with 233 species f rom 75 genera of the dicotyledones representing 19 families, among oth ers Salicaceae, Polygonaceae, Chenopodiaceae, Amaranthaceae, Caryophyl laceae, and Ranunculaceae. 42 of these species are frequent ephemeroph ytes or ergasiophytes, and 191 are more or less established. The latte r group includes 23 presently extinct and 34 newly introduced species. Some critical groups (e.g. Polygonum aviculare s.l., Polygonum lapath ifolium s.l., Ranunculus auricomus s.l.) are analysed in detail.
