Abstract
We report a symptomatic multicystic seminal vesicle with ipsilateral r enal agenesis in a 37-year-old man. Preoperatively the diagnosis could be suggested by different imaging modalities, including endorectal su rface coil magnetic resonance imaging. To our knowledge, we present th e Ist case of seminal vesicle cyst to be evaluated by magnetic resonan ce imaging using a rectal coil. The value of different imaging modalit ies is discussed.
