A new superconducting mechanism is postdated by substituting the excha
nge interaction between the pairs by an interaction on the ''subquanti
c medium''. Equating the potential of a spin-polaronlike distribution
to the ''subquantic potential'', a nonlinear equation for the density
of states is obtained. Solving this equation using the WKBJ method, a
splitting of the density of states is noticed under particular conditi
ons, the result is understood as the formation of pairs.
