Abstract
The time-dependent Ginzburg-Landau equation for the superconducting or der parameter and its dynamics is presented explicitly in a proper for mula taking account of the Landau quantization. The equation is reduce d continuously to the result derived by Abrahams and Tsuneto for the l imit of a weak magnetic field. The equation shows a periodic oscillati on with 1/H for the transition temperature T-cH and far the imaginary part of the relaxation time which is quite important for transport phe nomena, This is shown to be due to a breaking of the time-reversal sym metry by a magnetic field.
