Abstract
This work describes the use for the first time of trans-10,11-dibromod ibenzosuberone (DBBS) as a photoinitiator for the radical polymerizati on of multifunctional acrylate monomers and oligomers. New analytical techniques such as real time ultraviolet spectroscopy and photocalorim etry are applied to the investigation of photochemical reactions. The acidic character of DBBS is investigated using potentiometric titratio n. Copyright (C) 1996 Elsevier Science Ltd
