Abstract
Six amine-triborane(7) adducts of the formula R(3)N.B3H7 (R(3)N-alkyl amines or methylpyridines) have been synthesized by the reaction of te tramethylammonium octahydrotriborate and amine hydrochloride in reflux ing THF. These complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis , TR and H-1 and B-11 NMR spectra.
