Abstract
The interactions between Cp(2)TiCl(2) and mononucleotides such as 5'-A MP, 5'-CMP, 5'-GMP and 5'-TMP were investigated by high-resolution H-1 - and P-31-n.m.r. The results suggest that phosphate (O) and nucleobas e (N) are all important targets of Cp(2)TiCl(2). The mechanism of the Cp(2)TiCl(2)-DNA interaction is discussed.
